Jul 8, 2018 · Generally, a good rule of thumb is to take all the notices off the notice board to ensure you pick up all of the quests there. Notice boards will always be yellow if there is a quest notice on them. They turn white when there are no quests left.

Sep 19, 2021 · If there’s a quest associated with that notice board, the notice board icon is yellow on the map. Once you take the notice to get the quest the icon turns white. I didn’t know that you can clear question marks on the map by reading through the random notices though
