If you plan to do business primarily in Florida, then, at the very least, you are likely required to register your Pennsylvania LLC as a foreign entity in Florida (and in any other states which you do business).

Pennsylvania may choose to hold you for the statutory maximum and then release you. Chances are you make it picked up on the warrant in Florida. I have seen cases in which PennDOT has not suspended based upon an out-of-state conviction, but PennDOT has placed the out-of-state conviction on the PA driving record and thereby will treat a new offense as a 2nd offense for license suspension purposes.
