A man was arrested Thursday after a standoff at a home near Lincoln, the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office says.

A Kansas man formerly living on an Army base was sentenced Friday for the sexual assaults of a Lincoln teenager.

The center, located at 38 Penn Square, will be closed for renovations for 12-15 months, according to officials.
