The Texas Rangers can now reinsert an impact bat into their lineup as they continue a critical road trip to close out the season’s first half. The Rangers activated outfielder Wyatt Langford (left oblique strain) after a stint on the 10-day injured list before Saturday’s game against the San Diego Padres at Petco Park.

The Texas Rangers activated outfielder Wyatt Langford from the 10-day IL on Saturday and optioned infielder Justin Foscue to Triple-A Round Rock.

Prior to Saturday night’s game, the Texas Rangers activated outfielder Wyatt Langford from the 10 day injured list. To make room for him on the active roster, the Rangers optioned infielder Justin Foscue to AAA Round Rock.
