Flash flooding could impact parts of south central and southeastern Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, Boston meteorologists warned.

The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory and a flood watch for Worcester on Tuesday, July 8, with high temperatures expected to exceed 90 degrees today and the risk of severe thunderstorms later in the day.
