Dontavia Waggoner leads Boston College women’s basketball past Syracuse
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College women’s basketball dominated Syracuse in a 92-51 win on Sunday afternoon in Conte Forum. The Eagles win back-to-back ACC games for the first time this season, improving to 12-8 and 3-4 in the league. Syracuse falls to 7-11 and 1-6 in the conference.
The Eagles scored the first 8 points of the game, led 32-9 lead after the first quarter, and the lead never dropped to less than 21 for the rest of the game.
Boston College faces Virginia in ACC play Tuesday. Tuesday's meeting is the first of the season between the two teams.
