NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Update: WSMV4 Investigates has confirmed with the Metro Nashville Police Department that two guns were removed from the home of Antioch High School shooter Solomon Henderson in 2023. An MNPD spokesman confirms that the two guns belonged to adults and have remained in the department’s property room since then.

A student opened fire inside Antioch High School, shooting two other students and then himself, the authorities said. A female student and the shooter were killed, officials said.

Two students were shot by another student before turning a gun on himself at Nashville ’s Antioch High School on Wednesday, according to police. Police were called to the school at 11 a.m. ET, according to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. The suspected shooter is “no longer a threat,” police said.
