Caleb Martin expresses his confidence that the Philadelphia 76ers will turn things around amid a season filled with struggles.

Due to a slew of injuries up and down the roster, the Sixers have struggled mightily sitting at 15-26 at the halfway point of the season and on the outside of the play-in tournament.
