The Miami Heat could negotiate an important trade for a talented forward from the Toronto Raptors this summer.
Court documents obtained by WPLG 10 in Miami state that Butler allegedly caused $125,000 in damages from mold issues, damaged drywall and flooring, a broken HVAC system and an unmaintained pool. According to the Miami Herald, Butler allegedly left the 5,398-square-foot home in “complete disrepair.”
