For starters, the modern control scheme used in the first set of Tomb Raider remasters is back (alongside tank controls as an option) which makes Lara Croft "more responsive and intuitive to handle".

Following on from 2024's Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered, the upcoming collection features three more classic Tomb Raider titles: The Last Revelation, Chronicles and Angel of Darkness. All three titles are making their Xbox debuts here - none of the originals came to Microsoft's console platform back in the day.

Alongside this new(ish) toy, the remaster empowers Kurtis with the ability to "project a psychic shield around his body" and enables him to "sprint like Lara and shoot around corn

Tomb Raider might not always be known for its bosses, but especially in the earlier games, it could deliver some great boss fights as Lara Croft tried to discover the mystical secrets of whatever ancient ruin she was gallivanting in.

Aspyr has released a new trailer for for Tomb Raider IV-V-VI Remastered, introducing some of the boss fights players will encounter across the three-game collection.
