Four teenage boys are charged as adults after troopers say they caused a riot, threatened staff and damaged property at the Outside In School of Experimental Learning on Saturday.

State police in Westmoreland County had to stop what they are calling a riot at a juvenile detention center over the weekend.

Four juveniles are charged as adults in connection with an apparent riot at a youth facility in Fairfield that police said was left with significant damages. State Trooper Steve Limani said more charges are likely as police continue to examine surveillance video from Outside In School of Experiential Learning.
