Voters in Romania headed to the polls again on Sunday in a rerun of November's presidential election, the first round of which was annulled by the courts amid allegations of irregularities and Russian interference.

Romania’s last presidential election was canceled in December when it was deemed that the winner had benefitted from Russian interference – now, as Romanians vote again, he’s not been allowed on the ballot.
