Erin Patterson, the Australian woman accused of killing three relatives with a meal of death cap mushrooms baked in a Beef Wellington lunch, has been found guilty of three counts of murder and the attempted murder of the lone survivor.

Australian woman Erin Patterson has been found guilty of murdering three of her estranged husband’s relatives, who died after she deliberately served them poisonous mushrooms for lunch.

Patterson, 50, was charged with murdering three relatives of her estranged husband by serving a beef Wellington laced with toxic mushrooms over lunch in 2023.
