The Dallas Stars are in familiar territory. After a hard-fought opening round series, head coach Pete DeBoer concocted another Game 7 victory against Colorado, setting the stage for Dallas to face the West’s top team, Winnipeg, in the second round.

The Stars pulled off yet another Game 7 victory under the leadership of Coach Pete DeBoer, this time against the Avalanche.

While Jets winger Nikolaj Ehlers registered two shots on seven attempts Wednesday to fall short of this benchmark, he’s pacing the club with 28 attempts through three games since returning to action. He also recorded three or more in both of his first two games back.
