Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum appears to have suffered a serious injury in Monday's Game 4 playoff loss against the New York Knicks. Trailing the Knicks in the waning minutes of the fourth quarter, Tatum crumbled to the floor while pursuing a loose ball. He immediately grabbed at the lower part of his right leg in obvious pain.

Celtics star Jayson Tatum appeared to suffer a serious ankle/leg injury during Boston's Game 4 loss to the Knicks on Monday.

At that point, Tatum had already scored 42 points, but the Celtics were down 113-104. He averaged 19.3 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists in the first three games of the series. Fans were left stunned when a slo-mo video of the injury emerged from the ESPN broadcast.
