Based on our experience, yes you could. Maybe 90 minute boat ride to Cabo. The ocean was choppy and apparently always was but wasn’t dangerous. I’d say you would have time to visit my lore than one beach in that time as Cabo isn’t the best swimming or snorkeling beach (more for the looks).
