This is a scenic and calm area to walk around or take photos. It is also nice for enjoying meals, the bar scene, and just spending time with loved ones.Full review by Flyer165690

We went for just a short walk along the Riverwalk downtown Fort Lauderdale and did not see any iguanas there. We did notice the beautifully decorated river boats there. However, we did go on the River Taxi for some 3 hours along the waterways, and there were a lot of iguanas around and we were told they were harmless. . Some people find reptiles fascinating and travel all the way to the Galapagos Islands to see these thousands of years old creatures and other species. They did not in any way spoil our holiday in Fort Lauderdale. We never saw any beachside. We have no knowledge of the "brick" system. Judith
