We are interested in the 3 hr snorkel tour. We just are wondering how you get on the catamaran, someone said that a small motor boat took them out to the catamaran . Or do you get on at a dock? I was just thinking it might be hard to get off and on a smaller boat. Can you tell me how it is done? Also we are on a cruise, and wondered what happens if the ship doesn't make the port, do you get your money back? Thank you

Yes, as others have said, a small boat takes you out to the catamaran from the beach. It's not hard at all to make the transfer; the staff helps. It's no more physically challenging than the snorkeling itself. For that, there's a set of steps they lower from the back of the boat into the water. No idea about coordinating this with a cruise. If your cruise ship is coming in at Oranjestad, you will need to arrange a taxi or other transportation to get up to them. It was a great experience!
